I spent three years writing code, Python, Ruby, a bit of everything. That taught me one thing clearly: most projects don't fail because of bad code. They fail because the people building the product and the people ordering it are speaking different languages. That's the gap I stepped into. For the past few years I've been managing software projects end-to-end, web, mobile, cloud, even medical and military systems, for clients across the US, Canada, and Europe. My edge is that I can sit in a technical discussion with developers and understand what they're talking about, then walk into a client call and explain the same thing without losing anyone. I write user stories that QA can actually test, catch scope creep before it becomes a fight, and keep budgets and timelines honest even when things shift mid-project. I work with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, whatever fits the project. I use AI tools daily to speed up documentation and routine tasks.
