A non-technical founder came to SoftDoes with a working prototype and a tight window. Our Haus AI is a two-sided platform that lets homeowners and contractors collaborate on renovation projects in one shared workspace, using AI to turn spoken descriptions into scopes of work, compare bids, auto-generate state-specific contracts, organize permits and warranties, and pass a full digital home history to the next buyer at closing.

The founder had built an early version through no-code tools but needed experienced developers to make it secure and production-ready before launch. SoftDoes stepped in, gave her a clear and fast timeline, and pushed the platform to production while keeping her informed at every milestone.

02.Client background

Kate is a finance professional with a career spanning private banking, wealth management, and lending. The idea for Our Haus AI came from a personal renovation experience: gut-renovating three bathrooms and a kitchen while caring for a newborn, managing multiple contractors directly with no central record of costs, contracts, or communication.

That pain point became a product. She saw that homeowners and contractors both lacked a shared, trustworthy workspace, and that AI could finally close the gap. She incorporated in Delaware, secured her accounts, and built an early version before seeking technical help to bring it to launch.
