Stay Vest is a private real estate investment firm specializing in the acquisition, transformation, and operation of boutique hotels for maximum cash flow, tax benefits, and equity gain through strategic renovations. It focuses on underutilized hospitality assets in destination markets that provide double-digit cash flow, and partners with passive investors who want the benefits of these investments without the responsibilities of managing them.
With its in-house management team, Stay Vest oversees every aspect of hotel operations with full transparency: 1,500+ guest stays, 1,234+ five-star reviews, and 200+ rooms managed remotely across 5 states.
