The Building Buyer is a South Florida real estate investment firm focused on acquiring distressed and value-add properties. Co-founded in 2016 by Dylan Troiano and Charles Hanlon and based in the Fort Lauderdale area, the firm targets single-family and multifamily properties across South Florida with additional activity in Tampa, Jacksonville, and Orlando. The team operates lean, which makes operational efficiency a core competitive need.
